Zhuhai Gopower Smart Grid Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. It is one of the earliest high-tech companies engaged in the R&D and production of (12KV-40.5kV) medium-voltage transmission and distribution intelligent control equipment in China. It is one of the initiators and members of the Zhuhai Smart Grid Alliance. After 15 years of painstaking exploration and development, the company has grown into a leading enterprise in the field of smart power transmission and distribution in China. The company has participated in the construction of an intelligent control project of transmission and distribution in the world-renowned Olympic Project together with Huayi Electric Gas, mainly providing an intelligent boundary load switch and an intelligent control system to ensure a stable power supply during the Olympic Games.

Gopower attaches great importance to the improvement of enterprise research and development ability. It invests no less than 8% of annual sales in product research and development every year, and its r&d technicians account for more than 30% of the total number of the company. Gopower's products are manufactured in accordance with the international standards IEC61970, IEC61968, and IEC61850. The product design follows the 101 balanced protocol, 101 unbalanced protocol, 104 protocol, DNP3.0 protocol, MQTT, COAP and other communication protocols in IEC60870. The company’s products cover feeder terminal (FTU), station terminal (DTU), Transformer Terminal Unit (TTU), column switch, fault indicator and background master station software in 10kV distribution network lines., And long-term cooperation with well-known domestic and foreign companies such as ABB, Pinggao Group, Daye Intelligent, TBEA, Shandong Electric, etc., to serve the State Grid Corporation, China Southern Power Grid Corporation and overseas markets.
